380V Portable DC Load Bank
The K674A is a portable self-contained units that simulate DC electrical loads, for multiple site load testing.
The K674A is rated for 131 kW at 380 VDC. Individual load steps are rated in ohms.
Load steps are as follows: 1.3, 1.3, 2.6, 5.2, 5.2, 13.1, 26.3, 26.3, 52, 105, 105 amps.
Sturdy construction using heavy gauge aluminized sheet steel.
Weather resistant design.
Product Specifications
CONSTRUCTION: The K674A load bank is fabricated using heavy gauge aluminized sheet steel. The component enclosure compartment has a temperature-controlled heater that may be used to prevent condensation on the inside of the contactor enclosure.
CONTROL POWER: A 110/120V, 50/60 Hz, singlephase source is required.
COOLING: A 460V, 3-phase 60 Hz cooling source is required for blower operation. The blower motor provides necessary cooling air for the resistive load elements. Maximum steady state current draw is 7.6 amps for the blower circuit.
CONTROLS/METERING: POWER ON-OFF switch with a CONTROL POWER indicator, blower power START and STOP push buttons, MASTER LOAD ON-OFF switch, digital voltmeter and ammeter, load step switches, and a fuse for control circuit protection. The blower motor is controlled by a motor start contactor. An airflow switch is provided to monitor cooling airflow.
