100 kW Portable Load Bank
The L69-80 load bank is designed to provide a temporary load for field servicing and testing 480 VAC and 208 VAC 3-phase 60 Hz generators, UPS’s, Inverters and PDU’s. 100 kW at 480 VAC and 80 kW at 208 VAC. It may also be used to test 240 VAC single-phase applications of 6.6-52.8 kW and 120 VAC single-phase applications of 1.7-13.3 kW.
The L69-80 may also be used in significant numbers to test and verify HVAC capacity in data centers. The unit is aircooled and requires a 120 VAC line-cord, which feeds the fans and relays.
Product Specifications
CONSTRUCTION: Durable steel enclosure protected with polyurethane enamel paint. Rubber support feet. Large, comfortable carrying handles.
CONTROL POWER: This load bank uses a 120 VAC power source to operate.
COOLING: The resistive elements are air-cooled by twelve (12) high velocity fans. Air enters the right side of the load bank, and is exhausted from the left.
CONTROLS/METERING: 600 V voltmeter, 250A ammeter, 55–65 Hz frequency meter, a meter switch for the voltmeter, rate/load step switches, power indicator lights for A,B,C phase, meter test jacks for external meters, a power receptacle for the equipment to be tested, and a power receptacle for unit power.
